No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Visa Assistance: While we provide visa assistance services, the approval of visas is at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We are not responsible for visa denials.
Document Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information for all travel documents. Any errors or omissions may result in delays or denial of services.
Service Providers: We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these providers.
Travel Risks: Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to health issues, accidents, natural disasters, and political instability. You acknowledge these risks and agree to hold us harmless.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during your travels.
Health and Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to travel. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before embarking on your journey.
Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
Respectful Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner when using our services and interacting with our staff, partners, and other customers.
